Meals this week
It is finally June and we are thru May-cember. Over memorial day weekend, we remember all the members of our armed forces who have died protecting our country and all those around the world. My kids had a soccer tournament all weekend so dinner what a snack board in front of the TV.
Tuesday was Boursin veg bake pasta
Wednesday was my 20th wedding anniversary so I made my favorite dinner my husband made when we started dating - pork tenderloin and rice a roni.
Thursday- mini pierogis and cut veg
Friday- dumplings in the air fryer and sautéed vegetables with chili crisp.
Saturday- Dinner with Friends
Sunday- Popeyes takeout.

The first week of June
Happy Monday. I had a delicious week last week and hope you did too. The kids activities have started to slow down and that has our meals both less organized and more organized, which is how our week rolled.
Monday- a birthday in the house! We had pasta with Raos, a dominos garlic bread taste test and red velvet cake.
Tuesday- grilled chicken, veggie burgers, grilled vegetables, and roast potatoes.
Wednesday- homemade pizza and salad
Thursday - curry dumplings from Caro Chambers. Love this recipe since I can add what ever vegetables I have and add the dumplings just before each person gets home. It is not perfect but one kid can eat at 5:30 and another at 7. It is just delicious.
Friday- chips, guacamole, and margaritas. very unorganized day and this is just how it rolled.
Saturday- shrimp and fish tacos
Sunday- another day driving everywhere-dinner was a mix of naan and hummus, and/or quinoa salad with a delicious dressing made from dill a neighbor gift me.
Still trying to clean out the freezer for ice cream room. Recently have been looking for the best black raspberry and ….. well still looking for a favorite.
